Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud infrastructure that powers our nationwide platforms.

As a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our cloud environments. You will be responsible for architecting and maintaining AWS environments, automating deployments and scaling, managing backups and disaster recovery, and implementing security best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudFront.\
  • Automating deployments and scaling using tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.\
  • Managing backups and disaster recovery using AWS services such as S3 and Glacier.\
  • Implementing security best practices across AWS services.\
  • Troubleshooting and debugging infrastructure issues.\
  • Collaborating with development teams to support CI/CD pipelines and app integrations.\

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or DevOps Engineer.\
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services and tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.\
  • Proficiency in Linux administration, networking, and security.\
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.\
  • AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect, SysOps, or DevOps Engineer are a plus.\
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent real-world experience).\
