Job Title: Strategic Financial Partner

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled financial professional to play a critical role in driving strategic pricing, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), variance analysis, and management reporting.

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, analytical expertise, and the ability to partner with senior stakeholders to deliver insights that enable informed decision-making and margin improvement across complex global deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal Pricing & Commercial Modelling: Develop and implement deal pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and margin expansion.
  • Partner with Sales & Business Teams: Collaborate with sales and business teams to design, review, and validate deal structures.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
  • Variance Analysis & Insights: Perform detailed variance analysis against budgets and forecasts to provide actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) — mandatory.
  • Experience: 5+ years post-qualification in business finance, preferably in IT/ITeS or services industry.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is an added advantage.
