Job Title: Customer Retention Manager

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be a proactive customer retention specialist, tasked with managing customer interactions, encouraging subscription purchases, and resolving outstanding overages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate contact with customers to address outstanding overages or encourage subscription purchases following trial expiration.
  • Promptly process orders after receiving confirmation from the customer.
  • Coordinate account suspensions as needed, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of follow-ups and interactions, tracking performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel software is essential for data analysis and reporting.
  • BASIC knowledge of Microsoft Word is required for document preparation and communication.
  • Strong analytical skills are necessary to track performance metrics, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills are crucial for meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Effective problem-solving ability is necessary for resolving customer issues and finding innovative solutions.
  • Previous experience in customer service and CRM systems is highly valued.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
