Cloud Database Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Database Specialist to design, implement, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases within the Azure cloud environment.

  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of data for various applications.
  • Provision, configure, and manage Azure SQL Databases, Managed Instances, and SQL Server on Azure Virtual Machines.
  • Design, implement, and monitor HA/DR strategies such as Always On Availability Groups, geo-replication, and failover groups to ensure business continuity and data resilience.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience working on Azure MS-SQL databases and should possess strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Transact-SQL (T-SQL). Additionally, they should have experience with database security principles and implementation, familiarity with automation tools and scripting, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
