Job Overview

Our organization is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our team in a key role that supports the Chief Financial Officer's office. The successful candidate will have around three to five years of post-qualification experience in financial statement consolidation as per International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and related reporting.

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for leading project initiatives across corporate accounting, including consolidation based on IFRS and statutory reporting, and will work closely with other teams within the larger project group in special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage activity dashboards with respect to various group activities (journal postings, reconciliations, proofs) and allocate tasks among team members.
  • Monitor requests coming through different communication channels and allocate ad-hoc activities among team members.
  • Coordinate with teams to collate information and communicate status updates.
  • Review reconciliation results, reports, and analysis prepared by the team.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc analysis/reports based on client/team requests.

Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint; VBA programming knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Good working knowledge of Power BI.
  • Exposure to business software applications such as SAP, Business Dynamics.
  • Good written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
