We are seeking a strategic operations leader to oversee and execute project deployments across the North India belt.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, hands-on professional to manage operational aspects of project execution from site setup to successful delivery. The ideal candidate will be able to plan, coordinate, and implement field operations for new and ongoing projects across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish operational infrastructure and manage on-site resources to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for clients and internal teams during project execution.
  • Supervise field staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth logistics for equipment and personnel.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, field execution, or project management (preferably in infrastructure, utilities, or technical service domains).
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.
  • Highly adaptable to changing field conditions and problem-solving on the go.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
  • Graduate degree (Engineering or Management background preferred but not mandatory).
