Telecom Systems Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Telecom Systems Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of online and offline charging principles, as well as proven hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions using the Matrixx Digital Commerce Platform (DCP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement solutions for online charging systems.
  • Develop strong work experience in Matrixx Product offer configurations, including balances, meters, normalizers, filters, price configurations, decision tables, Normalizer Chaining, parameterized price components for dynamic charge configuration requirements.
  • Configure catalog items, product offers, bundles, and notifications for price plans.
  • Extend Matrixx Data containers and event files as per requirements.
  • Use the Matrixx test framework for validation of offers.
Requirements:
  • 13+ years of experience in online charging systems, with at least 4-5 years in a solution architect role focused on Matrixx online charging system.
  • Proficiency in Python & Shell scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with databases such as Oracle, Snowflake, and MongoDB on cloud platforms.
  • Expertise in 3GPP standards for charging, including Diameter interfaces (Gy, Gx, Sy) and 5G Service Based Architecture (SBA) interfaces (Nchf).
  • Experience with Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) / Policy Control Function (PCF) integration.
  • Experience in implementing Online Charging for 5G services, integrating with other network components, and configuring AVPs as per requirements.
