Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Telco Solutions Specialist with expertise in Telecom and AI/GenAI solutions to serve as a trusted advisor to telecom clients.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, sell, and implement tailored AI-driven solutions that optimize telecom operations, enhance customer experiences, and unlock new growth opportunities.

This role is ideal for individuals who can cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales & business development within existing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with telecom organizations.
  • Design AI/GenAI-driven solutions that address client pain points and provide strategic guidance on emerging technologies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell AI and GenAI solutions within existing client accounts.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements and guide clients through the AI journey from initial discovery to solution design and deployment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within the telecom industry with a strong understanding of telecom operations and technologies.
  • Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies with a focus on their application in the telecom sector.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with telecom-specific AI applications such as predictive analytics, network optimization, customer service automation, and fraud detection.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms, frameworks, and tools (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, GPT models) and cloud-based AI solutions.
