Financial Leadership Role

The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record of managing the financial health of an organization by overseeing accounting operations that meet legal requirements in various regions.

  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
  • Support corporate budget and forecasting activities.
  • Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Advise team members regarding non-routine reporting transactions.
  • Work with auditors to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
  • Maintaining strict compliance with outlined processes and standards and following industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of US GAAP, accounting procedures, taxation, and other statutory and legal matters enabling core accounting and finance functions effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), relationship-building skills, and ability to lead and develop others.
  • Hands-on experience in QuickBooks, Zoho, and Microsoft Office.
