
Lead Acquisition Growth Strategist

About this role
Drive ambitious growth targets by leading our lead acquisition efforts with a growth hacking mindset. This role focuses on paid digital distribution, ideal for hands-on individuals who can strategically manage and expand distribution channels.
Key responsibilities:
- Paid Digital Distribution: Lead and manage all paid digital distribution channels to generate high-quality leads.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a robust lead acquisition strategy, including idea creation, execution, review, and iteration to optimize performance and scale acquisition efforts.
- Channel Management: Take full ownership of key distribution channels, removing reliance on third-party vendors and bringing channel management in-house.
- Experimentation & Optimization: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and analyze data to identify new opportunities for growth and iterate rapidly on successful strategies.
Qualifications and skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles, with a strong focus on lead acquisition and paid media.
- A deep understanding of paid digital distribution channels and a track record of successfully managing large-scale campaigns.
- A proactive, hands-on, and autonomous approach to work.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- A growth hacking mindset with a history of implementing creative, scalable, and unconventional strategies.
- Paid media expertise, social media acumen, and channel management capabilities.
- Growth strategy ideation, execution, and iteration abilities.
