Culture Ambassador Role Overview

Aceolution is seeking a skilled Program Coordinator with expertise in project and partner management to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Partnership Coordination: The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting ART & CULTURE partners in the management of their content on our platform.

* Providing individual access to the Content Management System, ensuring each partner's profile is correctly set up for them to manage their collection autonomously.

* Guiding partners through the standard lifecycle consisting of ingestion, curation, publication, and amplification phases.

* Troubleshooting any issues preventing partners from using the platform and reporting bugs to the engineering teams in a timely manner.

2. Content Amplification: The Culture Ambassador will support ART & CULTURE partners in amplifying their content visibility through various means.

* Conducting content audits, writing overviews, or creating other content-related documentation needed for editorial, marketing, press, or other purposes.

* Supporting the organization and logistics of physical events for promoting partners' content.

* Driving projects forward with seamless planning and execution, anticipating roadblocks, resolving issues, and managing stakeholders as required.

3. Prospect Coordination: The successful candidate will grow the number of ART & CULTURE partners and related content via new prospects.

* Presenting our offer to interested prospects, outlining terms and conditions, digitization tools, and the content management system available.

* Tracking all tasks related to prospect management, including processing incoming requests, conducting outreach, and maintaining presentation materials and coordination tools.
