Job Title: Regional Project Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a part-time consultant to provide project management and logistical support for a global pro bono program in India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and select potential host client organizations and develop Scope of Works (SOWs).
  • Support host client organizations in preparing for the arrival of corporate volunteers and ensure stakeholder meetings are arranged.
  • Participate in conference calls with corporate volunteers and support them during their stay in Bengaluru.
  • Act as an interface between Pyxera Global and partner organizations, including regular correspondence with Pyxera Global staff and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare financial and final program reports.
Logistics
  • Assist in procuring accommodations and transportation for corporate volunteers.
  • Coordinate the program launch and closing events for corporate volunteers and host client organizations.
  • Prepare guides and suggestions for project guides.
  • Orient new corporate volunteers upon arrival in Bengaluru.
  • Manage project travel logistics for corporate volunteers while they are in Bengaluru.
  • Monitor and advise on security arrangements for corporate volunteers when they are in Bengaluru.
Requirements
  1. Based in Bengaluru with in-depth area familiarity.
  2. College degree in project management, organizational development, sustainability, NGO management, impact investing, communications, or related field.
  3. Minimum 5-10 years of experience.
  4. Exceptional writing and communications skills.
  5. Ability to conduct Gap and SWOT analysis and to develop consulting Scopes of Work with limited supervision.
  6. Experience working with cross-cultural teams and/or skills-based volunteering programs.
  7. Ability to multi-task and manage diverse tasks simultaneously.
  8. Flexible and able to work in a team, as well as individually with limited supervision.
  9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  10. Fluent in English with fluency in Kannada a plus.
  11. Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  12. Experience in virtual and in-person presentation skills.

Remuneration

This is a part-time consultant position with an estimated timeline of 5-6 months. Pay is based on past experience and the type of work required for this position.
