Lead Frontend Developer Role

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performant user interfaces.

  • Design and Develop Complex Frontend Applications: The selected individual will be responsible for designing, architecting, and developing complex frontend applications that meet our high standards of quality and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: We are seeking an individual who can collaborate effectively with product managers, backend engineers, and designers to build seamless, user-focused solutions.
  • Write Clean, Maintainable Code: The successful candidate will write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
  • Optimize Application Performance: The chosen individual will be responsible for optimizing application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Stay Ahead of Emerging Technologies: We encourage our team members to stay ahead of emerging frontend technologies and suggest adoption where relevant.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in frontend development.
  • Expertise in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Strong experience in state management (Redux, MobX, Context API, etc.).
  • Proven track record of building and scaling complex frontend applications independently.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
  • Experience with CI/CD and cloud deployment is a plus.
