Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Spartacus Developer to lead our team in designing, developing, and optimizing SAP Commerce Cloud storefronts using the Spartacus framework. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Angular, TypeScript, and SAP Spartacus, with a strong background in building high-performance, scalable, and accessible web applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop reusable, modular, and scalable frontend components
  • Collaborate with SAP Commerce Cloud backend teams using OCC REST APIs for integration
  • Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers
  • Implement accessibility and responsive design principles for optimal UX across devices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree in a relevant discipline is a plus but not mandatory.

Experience:

At least 5 years of frontend development experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Spartacus.

Certifications:

Certifications in SAP Commerce Cloud, Angular, or frontend technologies such as Google Developer Certificate or SAP Spartacus training are highly desirable and demonstrate technical proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Angular v8, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience integrating with SAP Commerce Cloud Hybris via OCC APIs. Knowledge of state management libraries such as NgRx and RxJS. Familiarity with Headless CMS and Progressive Web Apps PWAs.
