Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance (SQA) engineer to join our team. As an SQA engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products.

  1. Automation Script Development: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python to ensure seamless software delivery.
  2. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and test scenarios, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Test Case Execution: Write and execute test cases to validate software functionality and performance, identifying bugs and working closely with developers for resolutions.
  4. CI/CD Pipeline Development: Develop or enhance CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests, ensuring smooth deployment and testing of software releases.
  5. Test Result Analysis: Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work closely with developers for resolutions, contributing to the overall quality of the software product.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with Scala is required, as it will be used to interact with back-end systems or for custom test utilities.
  • Maintain documentation related to test strategies and processes, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
