Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer to drive proactive IT operations and reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR) through intelligent automation by leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning.

  • The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to detect anomalies, predict incidents, and automate root cause analysis in IT systems.
  • They will integrate AIOps solutions with monitoring tools to enhance observability.
  • A strong collaboration with SREs, DevOps, and IT teams is essential to understand operational pain points and identify automation opportunities.

Key Skills:

  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Experience with implementing GenAi and AI Python SDKs.
  • Time-series analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive modeling.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerized environments.

Bonus Points: Familiarity with deployment pipelines using Kubernetes and experience with integrating various data sources.

What You Will Do: Work on the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models that can detect anomalies, predict incidents, and automate root cause analysis in IT systems. Integrate AIOps solutions with monitoring tools to enhance observability. Collaborate with SREs, DevOps, and IT teams to understand operational pain points and identify automation opportunities.

Our Ideal Candidate: Has at least 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering and has a strong background in software development. Is familiar with Python programming language and has experience with implementing GenAi and AI Python SDKs. Has knowledge of time-series analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive modeling. Has familiarity with cloud platforms and containerized environments. Bonus points if you have experience with deployment pipelines using Kubernetes and integrating various data sources.
