Automation Solutions Specialist Role

This role entails designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions using platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, and Office 365.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes and be able to identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with process architects, solution designers, and citizen developers to identify automation opportunities
  • Designing scalable automation solutions applicable across geographies and business units
  • Training and enabling citizen developers and Automation CoE teams to implement reusable solutions
  • Staying current with emerging technologies and assessing their potential impact through proof-of-concept initiatives

Requirements include:

  • 6-10 years of relevant business experience in a customer-focused or process-driven environment
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools and platforms used in enterprise settings
  • Proven track record in leading small to medium-sized projects
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and training delivery to large audiences
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and implementing process improvements

  • Orchestration tools (e.g., Mulesoft, IHub)

  • Azure Boards, ServiceNow, Visual Studio, Jupyter, BifrostAzure Storage Explorer, Azure Document Intelligence Studio
