Social Media Analytics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to leverage social media listening tools and create timely research and reporting on consumer insights, trends, competitive analysis, product insights, and emerging consumer tensions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage social media listening tools to gain valuable insights and create timely research and reporting.
  • Understand business objectives and measurement requirements to guide decisions and provide recommendations.
  • Develop strategic social reporting and analytics cadence by identifying key areas of measurements, optimizations & benchmarks.
  • Provide insightful and actionable recommendations to stakeholders using efficient storytelling and visualization skills.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Social media analysis and Research concepts
  • Social Listening tools preferably Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Meltwater, and Synthesio
  • Understanding automation and AI implementation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – primarily with Excel and PowerPoint
