Are you a seasoned data expert seeking a new challenge? As a Business Data Insights Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decisions for our mobile apps business.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for extracting insights from large and complex datasets to inform strategic business decisions and support our mobile app strategy.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, marketers, and executives, to optimize app performance, identify growth opportunities, and enhance user experience.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including app analytics platforms and market research, to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to app performance and user behavior.


  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide stakeholders with timely and accurate information on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, track, and analyze metrics that align with business goals and objectives, such as user acquisition, retention, engagement, and monetization.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and provide actionable recommendations for improving app performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with the product team to identify and prioritize new features, enhancements, and experiments based on data-driven insights.
  • Identify and implement strategies for A/B testing and experimentation to optimize app features, user interface, and conversion funnels.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging practices in mobile app analytics and business intelligence.

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science. A Master's degree is a plus.

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the mobile apps or technology industry.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation from relational databases.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets, using tools such as Excel, Python, or R for data analysis and visualization.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create insightful reports and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and experimental design methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for mobile apps, technology, and the digital landscape.
