Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to help us make informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and be able to gather and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Design and build dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide solutions.
  • Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data collection processes.
  • Presentation findings through clear visualizations and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Assist in defining and tracking KPIs to measure business performance.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by providing regular and ad hoc reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably Computer Science with 4-5 years of experience.
  • Proven experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
