Business Analytics Specialist

We seek a highly skilled Business Analytics Specialist to enhance our analytics capabilities.

This role involves using advanced data analysis and statistical techniques to identify key metrics, develop insights, and build narratives to support business strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop analytic solutions for clients and drive fact-based decision-making.

  1. Develop in-depth analyses and build statistical models to identify trends and key drivers for product, sales, risk, and operations decisions.
  2. Create data visualizations using existing tools or developing new ones, and enhance business dashboards.
  3. Implement processes and build tools to improve data access, extraction, and analysis efficiency.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with internal teams to proactively identify and address business needs using analytics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • 3+ years of experience in quantitative data analysis, preferably in the online payments industry.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with statistical software or programming languages like R or Python.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle ambiguously defined problems, develop creative solutions, and meet challenging timelines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
