Job Title

Overview:

This role involves establishing a robust Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) system to ensure secure and efficient mobile device management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an Android Enterprise Account for app store management, deploying an MDM platform compatible with Android ONLY, and developing streamlined device enrolment processes.

Key responsibilities include building and implementing security policies, configuring integration with internal Entra applications and tools, and providing support and training resources for end users and IT staff.

Maintaining ongoing oversight of the MDM environment is crucial, including regular updates to policies and monitoring compliance, device health, and security threats.

The ideal candidate will architect and configure a mobile-based Android VPN solution and provide Tier 2/3 level support for escalated MDM issues.
