Interior Space Planner

The ideal candidate will possess excellent creative thinking skills, enabling them to craft innovative designs in response to client conversations. They should be confident and skilled at communicating regularly with clients to assess their needs and adapt their approach accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create visually appealing designs and layouts for various projects.
  • Meet with clients to understand their objectives and desires.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to address client needs.
  • Prepare engaging presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings) for clients.
  • Generate quotes for clients and ensure seamless workflow execution.
  • Maintain industry knowledge to stay relevant.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong creative and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute projects efficiently.

This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
