Chief Campus Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Chief Campus Planner. In this role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive master plans and architectural designs for academic buildings, hostels, laboratories, libraries, auditoriums, and other university facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution, with preference for Master's in Architecture. Additionally, registration with the Council of Architecture (CoA), India is required.

• Develop campus master plans that incorporate modern educational infrastructure concepts, smart classrooms, and collaborative spaces, ensuring optimal space utilization with scalability for future growth.
• Ensure compliance with AICTE, UGC, NAAC, NBA norms, and state/local building codes, obtaining necessary approvals from municipal and statutory authorities.
