Expert Space Planner Needed

We are seeking a skilled Expert Space Planner to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting captivating environments that harmonize form and function. Collaborating closely with clients, you will understand their vision and bring it to life through expert space planning, architectural drawings, and FF&E coordination.

  • Proficiency in space planning and interior design
  • Experience with architecture and creating construction drawings
  • Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment) coordination
  • Strong communication and client interaction skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with contractors and vendors
  • Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or related field
  • Certification or licensure in interior design is a plus
About the Role

• Develop architectural and construction drawings that exceed expectations

• Coordinate FF&E selection to ensure seamless integration with design concepts

• Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors

• Manage project timelines and budgets while maintaining high design integrity

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
