Senior Leadership - Concept Design

This role involves conceptualizing design ideas, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, managing projects from initial concept to final implementation, and ensuring timely delivery of design solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leadership and Team Management: 
    • Leading and mentoring a team of interior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment, and providing guidance and feedback.
  • Client Collaboration: 
    • Understanding project needs, developing design proposals, and presenting design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Project Management: 
    • Overseeing all stages of the design process, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring seamless integration of design with other project aspects.
  • Design Development: 
    • Conceptualizing design ideas, creating detailed design plans, selecting materials and furnishings, and ensuring design solutions are practical, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with client goals.
  • Coordination and Collaboration: 
    • Working closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Design Expertise: 
    • Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, color theory, and materials selection.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related field.
  • 20+ years of experience in architecture or design, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
