We seek a skilled Patient Engagement Manager/Customer Success Officer to spearhead patient interaction and engagement initiatives. This role involves building strong relationships with patients, ensuring seamless communication, and driving high-quality patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve customer queries related to dental products or services with a strong clinical understanding.
- Act as a liaison between dentists/customers and the internal product team.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer usage patterns.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain documentation for customer support cases.
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- The ideal candidate will be empathetic, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and ensure timely follow-ups is crucial.
- Prior experience in patient care, dental consultation, or healthcare management is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools will be an advantage.
