Job Title: Head of Nursing / Nurse Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage our nursing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team of nurses, ensuring that exceptional patient care is delivered in a timely manner.

  • Manage a team of nurses in a dynamic hospital or health center environment.
  • Develop and implement effective nursing policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to deliver outstanding results.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (required).
  • Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in Tanzania (or eligible for registration).
