Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

This role is crucial in driving financial visibility, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making across the business.

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes in collaboration with business units.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify variances vs. budget/forecast, and present actionable insights to senior management.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product) to support decision-making with financial models and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Chartered Accountant (CA/CMA) preferred, and 12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis. They will possess strong financial modeling and analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
