Key Finance Role

This strategic FP&A position will play a pivotal role in supporting business decision-making through expert financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting. The successful candidate will report directly to the CFO.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in building and maintaining complex financial models. Strong communication skills are essential for conveying financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance across countries and revenue verticals.
  • Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages with actionable analysis of variances, risks, and opportunities.
  • Evaluate and analyze potential transactions and product pricing scenarios, including comprehensive financial modeling.
  • Manage cash forecasts to monitor cash burn and optimize liquidity.
  • Support scenario planning, long-range financial modeling, and ad hoc strategic analyses.
  • Collaborate with the CFO on capital raise initiatives, pitch decks, and road show materials.
  • Manage the company's capital structure and dilution scenarios with additional funding rounds, convertible debt, and option grants.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance in a high-growth company.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI/reporting tools a plus.
  • Proven track record of working with multi-entity or global financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently, support stakeholders in multiple jurisdictions, and navigate complex time zones.
  • Fluent English language skills are a requirement.
