Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support

  • Ensure compliance with laws and policies
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales or administrative roles
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Well-organized, responsible, and adept at problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with a high level of dedication
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field
