Enterprise Architect Role

Job Description

As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology landscape. You will act as a bridge between business leadership and IT delivery, translating business needs into scalable, efficient, and future-proof technology solutions.

You will lead the design and modeling of implementation-agnostic future-state architectures for key domains: Applications, Data, and Infrastructure/Cloud. Your analyses will ensure optimal investment and vendor selection.

You will work closely with various stakeholders to establish and govern EA review processes, ensuring project and initiative architecture aligns with overall strategy.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the retail landscape, modern architectures, and a proven ability to drive large-scale transformation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in developing enterprise architecture artifacts: roadmaps, principles, blueprints, and standards
  • Strong understanding of retail processes and systems
  • Experience with large-scale ERP systems and their integration into a broader ecosystem
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and execution skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • ~12+ years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 5+ years in an Enterprise Architect or Chief Architect role
