About this role:

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Enterprise Architect to lead architectural designs and solutions for customer business functions across various domains. This role requires consultation with customers and internal stakeholders on technical aspects of solutions, building capabilities, and mentoring junior technologists.

Key responsibilities:

  • Consult with customers to understand their needs and define solutions.
  • Participate in sales motions to define solutions and estimate effort and skillsets.
  • Guide teams to set up structure, methods, and practices for successful delivery.
  • Intervene and solve technical problems within engagements.
  • Help build capabilities and provide expertise on new technologies.

Candidates should demonstrate leadership qualities such as customer advocacy, owner's mindset, innovation ethos, execution with pace, big picture thinking, and winning through teams.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 14–20 years of experience in leading Enterprise Architecture Planning, Product Development, Consulting, and Solutioning.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscape and ability to align technology strategies with organizational vision.
  • Experience with Agentic AI and Generative AI, applying advanced AI/ML techniques to enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Deep architecture expertise in Microservices, Cloud-Native, Event-Driven Architectures, APIs, Domain-Driven Design, Serverless, Kubernetes, Docker, DevOps, scalable & reliable solutions, and performance engineering.
  • Extensive experience with cloud technologies across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Demonstrated experience in Legacy Transformation, IT Modernization, and Cloud Migration.
  • Hands-on expertise with API gateway platforms (MuleSoft, Apigee, WSO2, AWS API Gateway, Kong, etc.).
  • Strong development and implementation skills with Spring Boot, Java, Containers, SQL & NoSQL databases, caching engines, APM tools on AWS & Azure.
  • Expertise in Domain-Driven Design and building scalable, high-performance products and platform architectures (PaaS, SaaS).
  • Rich experience with both structured (MS SQL, Oracle, Postgres) and unstructured (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
  • Experience in designing and delivering mobile-first applications (Native and Hybrid).
  • Proven track record in building new technology capabilities and driving innovation.
  • Experience in providing technical solutions for Sales RFPs/Proposals and engaging in consulting-led client discussions.

Necessary qualifications:

Minimum qualifications – BE/BTech from reputed institution.
