Key Position:

We are seeking an experienced Dairy Operations Subject Matter Expert to lead the establishment, commissioning, and smooth running of a new dairy processing center.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance in setting up the dairy processing center from plant design to commissioning.
  • Develop SOPs for milk procurement, chilling, pasteurization, homogenization, packaging, and quality assurance.
  • Oversee equipment selection, installation, and process optimization in coordination with technical teams and vendors.
  • Set up supply chain and distribution processes for efficient milk and dairy product delivery.
  • Train and mentor staff on best practices in dairy plant operations.
  • Collaborate with management to integrate ERP systems for procurement, processing, sales, and finance modules.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor plant efficiency, yield, and quality.
  • Advise management on new product development and diversification opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Dairy Processing, Operations, or Plant Management.
  • A proven track record of establishing or managing dairy processing plants (medium to large scale).
  • Strong knowledge of milk procurement systems, processing technologies, quality control, and dairy product lines.
