As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing daily cash flow across various project SPVs and ensuring efficient fund utilization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize cash flow efficiency by effectively managing cash inflows and outflows.
  • Coordinate the issuance of Capex LCs and manage Buyer's Credit / Supplier's Credit arrangements to support business growth.
  • Invest surplus funds in short-term debt mutual funds and fixed deposits to maximize returns.
  • Ensure timely interest and principal repayments for project loans, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Manage Inter Corporate Deposit issuance, Limit monitoring, and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Prepare treasury accounting entries on a daily basis, accurately reflecting financial transactions.
  • Lead forex hedging activities, ensuring effective risk management and bank documentation.
  • Liaise with banks on operational matters, maintaining strong working relationships and driving digital initiatives.
  • Submit timely treasury-related details, coordinate audits, and respond to audit queries to maintain transparency.
  • Develop monthly Treasury MIS reports, providing insights into loans, interest payments, investments, and hedging exposures.
  • Support new project financing activities and Loan documentation, collaborating with internal teams for efficient treasury operations.
