Job Title

Senior Quality Control Manager

Leads a team of 30+ members in the QC department, overseeing regular testing and method validation activities.

The Senior Quality Control Manager will be responsible for leading a team of quality control specialists, ensuring that all analytical processes are carried out accurately and efficiently. The role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the QC team to achieve company goals
  • Provide back-up support to the QC HOD with daily updates, commercial output, and monthly sample status
  • Execute QMS and identify scientific root causes with effective CAPA
  • Design and execute planning of analysis (Routine work, Method validation and Method transfer)
  • Present data interpretation to HOD
  • Maintain Lab compliance and adhere to GLP and Health, Safety Environment system
  • Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams like QA, RA, R&D, and PMI

Qualifications and Pre-Requisites:

  • Master Degree of Science/Bachelors or Master Pharma
  • Strong analytical knowledge and expertise in modern analytical instruments (Like: HPLC, GC, LC-MS or NIR or Nasal performance testing etc)
  • Mix work experience in QC, AMV, and AD departments
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic mindset
