Product Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to lead the development of our smart building platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product backlogs, working closely with engineering and design teams, and ensuring seamless integration of IoT, automation, and data analytics.

Your primary goal will be to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather insights and validate requirements, champion customer experience and usability, and monitor market trends to inform product strategy.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and Prioritize Product Backlog: Align product backlog with company strategy and customer needs.
  • Translate Business Vision into User Stories: Create detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design Teams: Work together to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.
  • Gather Insights and Validate Requirements: Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and validate requirements.
  • Champion Customer Experience and Usability: Ensure product decisions are guided by data and feedback.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in smart buildings and IoT.
  • Track Product Performance: Monitor KPIs such as adoption, engagement, system uptime, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in SaaS, IoT, PropTech, or smart building domains.
  • Strong Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • IoT Experience: Experience with IoT platforms, building management systems (BMS), or energy management solutions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical Understanding: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
