Production Executive Job

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Executive to manage and optimize daily manufacturing operations in our lubricant production unit.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee daily production activities in the lubricant blending and packaging lines
    • Ensure adherence to production plans and schedules
    • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate routine maintenance
    • Maintain strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental guidelines
    • Ensure raw materials and packaging materials are available as per the production plan
    • Collaborate with quality control and R&D to ensure product consistency and quality
    • Prepare daily production reports and document production data
    • Train and supervise shop floor workers and machine operators
    • Monitor inventory of production supplies and report shortages
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Basic chemistry knowledge
  • 2-4 years of experience in production, preferably in the lubricant or petrochemical industry
  • Knowledge of lubricant blending processes and machinery
  • Familiarity with safety standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, SAP preferred
