Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Golang developer to lead our backend services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-performance backend services using Golang, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, focusing on scalability and security.
  • Architect scalable microservices and RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration with our DevOps teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues efficiently.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of backend development experience, with at least 5+ years in Golang.
  • Strong understanding of concurrency, memory management, and performance tuning in Golang.
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and API development.
  • Proficiency in databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB or Cassandra).
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Knowledge of messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to lead technical discussions.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with GraphQL or gRPC.
  • Knowledge of event-driven systems.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
  • Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
