Backend Developer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in building robust backend solutions using Python.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, enhance and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and its frameworks.
  • Design and build RESTful APIs with FastAPI, ensuring seamless integration with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB and ClickHouse.
  • Build high-performance Big Data pipelines and optimize application performance.
  • Write clean, maintainable and efficient code following best practices and contributing to architectural discussions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, DevOps engineers and QA teams.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in Python development with strong expertise in related frameworks.
  • Proficiency in FastAPI framework and experience with RESTful API development.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Hands-on experience with ClickHouse for analytics and large-scale data processing.
  • Bonus: Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
