About the Role

We are currently seeking a talented Engineering Lead/Manager to join our team and spearhead the development of a new stablecoin payments initiative.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in backend engineering, fintech, and API design. As an Engineering Lead/Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team of engineers while staying hands-on building scalable and secure backend systems.

You will be working on designing and maintaining integrations with on/off-ramp providers across geographies, many of which lack mature APIs or documentation. This requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

  • Lead backend development of web and mobile applications
