Business Continuity Management Expert

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Continuity Management professional to join our team. The role will be based out of Bengaluru and requires collaboration with US business teams to develop strategies that align with our global business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and maintain an adequate and effective business continuity framework for the India and US office.
  • Collaborate with business departments to develop and maintain Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plans in accordance with pre-defined program requirements.
  • Consult with BC Plan Owners and BC Plan Coordinators to complete the annual lifecycle of Business Impact Analysis, BC Plan update, walkthroughs, and sign off.
  • Support Enterprise Business Resilience Program with data governance and develop a robust IT business continuity plan.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in managing Business Continuity Planning and hold relevant certifications such as CBCP, CBCI, MBCP, or MBCI.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • A Business Continuity professional with a minimum of 15 years' experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience within an enterprise business resilience or business continuity role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially related to facilitation, documentation, and reporting.

This is a middle management role, reporting to the Associate Group Manager Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery. The primary requirement is to work closely with US business teams supporting US business hours and support India business teams being a backup for Business Continuity Manager.
