At the core of our operations, we seek a highly skilled and strategic professional to foster seamless collaboration between clients and our internal teams. This pivotal role combines exceptional client relationship management with expertise in social media strategy and digital marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • As the primary point of contact, act as the bridge between the agency and assigned clients.
  • Understand the client's requirements/brief and ensure internal teams deliver relevant, creative, and strategic solutions.
  • Presentation of ideas and campaign strategies to clients, obtaining necessary approvals, and finalizing the approach for execution.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships by delivering consistent, high-quality service.
  • Project timelines, budgets, and status reports creation; timely delivery and client alignment ensuring.
  • Effective communication of client feedback to internal teams and revision implementation as needed.
  • Competitor brand tracking to uncover market trends and insights that will shape a distinct brand approach.
  • Upselling and cross-selling opportunities identification to grow existing accounts.
Social Media Strategy & Campaign Execution
  • Data-driven social media strategies development aligned with client goals and brand positioning.
  • Design, management, and optimization of paid social media campaigns that support broader marketing objectives.
  • Collaboration with creative, media, digital, and production teams to ensure campaign delivery meets client expectations.
  • Maintenance of social media trends, tools, and best practices knowledge to keep strategies fresh and competitive.
  • Participation in ideation, brainstorming sessions, and campaign strategy discussions.
Client Coordination – Shoots & Other Services
  • Management of all aspects of client communication and coordination beyond social media — including design, branding, video, production, and campaign shoots.
  • Liaising between clients and creative/media/production teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Pre-production and post-production requirements coordination for brand shoots and timely delivery ensuring.
  • Deliverables tracking across service lines, timelines maintenance, and expectation management.
Content Planning & Performance Analysis
  • Content calendars planning and maintenance aligned with marketing initiatives and brand narratives.
  • Monitoring, tracking, and analysis of campaign performance across platforms using analytics tools.
  • Conducting competitive analysis and performance audits to uncover opportunities and inform future strategies.
  • Campaign evaluation report preparation and provision of actionable insights to clients.

Requirements:
Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing.
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.
Deep understanding of digital media platforms and marketing trends.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about delivering results.
Strong leadership, relationship-building, and project management skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.
Ability to handle shoots and production timelines confidently and independently.
