Job Title: Executive Leadership Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our engineering functions. The ideal candidate will oversee the smooth running of processes and implement necessary modifications.

About the Role:
  • Coordinate with production teams, contractors, and equipment manufacturers to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain critical spare parts for preventive maintenance.
  • Develop and execute maintenance schedules, leading a team of engineers to ensure successful implementation.
  • Inspect equipment and components to identify potential hazards and defects.
  • Create a safe working environment with zero accidents.
  • Source machine tools, consumables, and related services.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers through audit preparation and corrective action.
  • Prepare detailed reports on maintenance performance and technical data.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 15-25 years of experience in instrument maintenance, preferably in an aseptic environment.
  • Specific certifications and skills in GMP practices, schedules, and SOPs.
