Subject Matter Expert

The role of a Subject Matter Expert involves managing large volumes of data and coordinating with internal stakeholders to fulfill project requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining high-quality question banks for assessments
  • Managing subject matter expert panels and ensuring their performance meets quality standards
  • Tracking inventory levels and maintaining optimal stock of items in assigned domains/subjects
  • Training and developing subject matter experts in various domains/subjects
  • Coordinating with SMEs for test development activities and finalizing test designs
  • Supporting the Lead Subject Matter Expert in delivering projects and meeting organizational needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Subject competency in school subjects up to 12th level as per NCERT syllabus
  • Broad understanding of the education system in the country and relevant boards/councils
  • Experience working in the education sector related to assessment and evaluation, including test design and question development
  • Good command over English, both written and spoken, and good spoken Hindi

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in at least one of the following skills: Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology
