HR Data Insights Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making. Collaborate with the HR team and business leaders to identify key metrics and develop data-driven dashboards, reports, and presentations.

Deliverables Include:
Develop and maintain a variety of reports utilizing appropriate system report writing tools. Assist in the creation and maintenance of HR dashboards to drive strategy and automation. Automate and streamline reports for ongoing distribution. Generate data-driven insights through partnership and collaboration with Human Resource business partners and functional experts.

Requirements:
Graduate degree in HR, analytics, business, statistics, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in performing analytics and creating reports and metrics in HR. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and demonstrated experience in analysis, research, and presentation creation. Functional knowledge of Human Resources information systems. Detail and deadline-oriented professional with strong project management and organizational skills.
