We're poised at the threshold of a new era at our organization. With a proven model that has been expanding steadily over the past three years, we're now scaling aggressively and preparing for an initial funding round.

To drive this growth, we're seeking two exceptional co-founders to join our journey:

Sales & Marketing Co-Founder (CRO / CMO)
  • Drive learner acquisition and secure corporate upskilling contracts
  • Take the brand nationwide and worldwide

Propose a 12-month growth strategy for scaling from our current base to 25K+ active learners

Technical Co-Founder (CTO / Head of Learning & Labs)
  • Lead product and curriculum in AI/ML
  • Build and scale cloud lab infrastructure
  • Mentor our instructor network

Propose a technical roadmap for building scalable environments, training improvements, etc.

We're not just looking for capital investment – we need strategic value that will help us build an enduring category leader.

The table is set with equity options (10–25% each) and mandatory capital contributions (₹20–50 L each). But be warned: salary is zero until traction builds, and commitment is full-time for 3–5 years.
