Agentic AI Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain robust data pipelines using PostgreSQL and BigQuery to track agent performance and business metrics.
  • Develop comprehensive dashboards and reporting systems that connect agent behavior to customer outcomes.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses on B2C user journeys, identifying patterns between agent interactions and conversion metrics.
  • Build and optimize data models that support real-time decision making across product and business teams.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or related data-driven roles.
  • Strong background in B2C analytics with demonstrated ability to connect user behavior to business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation.
  • Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience in PostgreSQL and BigQuery.
  • Data engineering capabilities including ETL pipeline development and data warehouse management.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI/ML developments and eagerness to work in the rapidly evolving agentic AI space.
