Job Title:

Technical Program Manager Intern

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized program manager intern to assist in managing technical programs, drive project deliverables, and support cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and product goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in program management, project delivery, and technology. They will be familiar with software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.

The selected individual will work collaboratively across multiple teams, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Program Planning & Execution: Assist in defining and executing complex technical programs from ideation to delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, and product teams to understand technical requirements and manage project dependencies.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and proactively work with teams to create mitigation strategies.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Track project progress and provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain project documentation, track progress, and identify opportunities to improve team processes and workflows.
Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in program management, project delivery, and technology.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing or participating in technical projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
