Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to lead our core technology product development projects.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and want to play a critical role in the management and enhancement of technology products.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, resources, equipment, and information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
  • Break projects into manageable tasks and set time frames
  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role
  • An ability to prepare and interpret project plans, schedules, and action plans
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong stakeholder-facing and teamwork skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Expertise in conflict resolution

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to MS Excel, etc.
  • Expert in Agile methodologies

Requirements:

  • 8-15 years of experience working in IT industry
  • Project Management certification is an added advantage
